Each course is conducted over a period of one year, and consists of modules focusing on a specific facet of sports management (governance and strategic planning; financial management; marketing; communications and social media; human resources; and project and event management). The key element of the course is the development of a project aiming to improve an aspect of the management of the participant\u2019s organisation.<\/p><p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 10px; font-family: 'Open Sans', sans-serif; font-size: 15px;\">Each participant is assisted in this endeavour by an assigned tutor, with whom he or she remains in contact throughout the year. Each course is conducted over a period of one year, and consists of modules focusing on a specific facet of sports management (governance and strategic planning; financial management; marketing; communications and social media; human resources; and project and event management). The key element of the course is the development of a project aiming to improve an aspect of the management of the participant\u2019s organisation.<\/p>\n<p>Each participant is assisted in this endeavour by an assigned tutor, with whom he or she remains in contact throughout the year.
